Happy Easter everyone! This was a fun and exciting Easter. Bryce and I made secret Easter baskets for each other. I got him a green basket and he got me a pink one, (funny thing is, they were the exact same baskets, just in different colors!) Great minds I guess :)

It was a happy day, with candy and church. We had dinner at Bryce's parents' house, (they feed us every Sunday...ah delicious Sunday...) After dinner, Uncle J and Aunt Tracy and their kids came over and we played a game called "Who said what where?" or possibly "Who said what when?" depending on who you ask.

To play the game everyone needs a piece of paper and a pencil.
First everyone writes at the top of their paper "Something _______" and puts a person or character in the blank. Then they fold their paper over so the next person cannot see what they wrote. Everyone passes their papers to the left.

Next, everyone writes how the person said something, "angrily cried", "cheerfully giggled" etc. Again with the folding and passing. Next everyone writes what was going on when the unknown person said the unknown thing; "Just after eating my birthday cake" or "on his/her first date". Foldy passy.

Next, everyone writes a quote. It can be from a movie, a book, a song, or just made up. You pass one more time and then everyone unfolds the paper they have and reads what it says.

Here is a good (REAL) example from last night:

Something the Easter Bunny
boldly exclaimed
at the very moment Tracy opened the shower door,
"I wish I had a nickel for every time that has happened to me!"

Happy Easter!
