My dear friend Sonya introduced me to a nifty little site this week:
At first I thought, "There is no way I am ever going to use this thing!" But it is actually sort of addictive. They lured me in with their snazzy graphs and clever meal suggestions and their weight goals tab. You can track the things you eat, the water you drink, the exercise you do and even your measurements and get a nice neat little break-down of all the things you have consumed and burned. Turns out Krispy Kremes are BAD for you, I mean like seriously BAD. Dang.
Anyway, even if you are skeptical give it a try, it is actually kind of fun :)
